2. Ticket Validity: The ticket is valid only for the specific concert event and date as stated on the ticket. Entry will be granted only to individuals possessing a valid ticket, and tickets must be presented upon request at the event venue.
3. Resale and Transfer: Tickets are non-transferable and should not be resold, transferred, or exchanged without the explicit consent of the event organizer. Any unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in the cancellation of the ticket without refund.
4. Refunds and Exchanges: All ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be
provided. In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling, the BCT Music will have the rights to determine the refund or exchange policy, if applicable.
5. Event Changes and Cancellations: BCT Music reserves the right to make changes to the
concert event, including but not limited to the venue, date, lineup, or program. In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling, BCT Music will make reasonable efforts to notify customers via the contact information provided during ticket purchase. BCT Music's decision regarding refunds, rescheduling, or alternative arrangements shall be final.
6. Lost or Stolen Tickets: BCT Music is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. It is the customer's responsibility to keep their tickets safe and secure. Duplicate tickets may be issued at the event organizer's discretion, subject to verification and any applicable fees.
7. Code of Conduct: Customers are expected to adhere to the event venue's code of conduct, as well as any additional rules and regulations set forth by BCT Music. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to intoxication, violence, or harassment, may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without refund.
8. Event Photography and Recording:BCT Music may prohibit the use of professional cameras, audio or video recording devices, or other unauthorized recording equipment during the concert event. Customers agree not to capture, reproduce, or distribute any part of the event without prior written permission from the event organizer.
9. Liability and Indemnification: BCT Music, its affiliates, agents, and employees shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred by customers attending the concert event. Customers agree to release, indemnify, and hold BCT Music harmless from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of their attendance at the event.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Taiwan.
